  1. Edition 003Thursday, 15 October 2026Pattern break

Germany’s deepest letter discount, 50%, begins at 250 letters, not 25,001.

Deutsche Post’s own published Teilleistungen table pays 34% on pre-sorted Standardbriefe handed in for national delivery, rising through five volume tiers to 47% only from 25,001 items. 2. Edition 002Wednesday, 7 October 2026Pattern break

Nordrhein-Westfalen’s discounted group rate pays 2.4 times its full one-to-one rate.

Nordrhein-Westfalen's AnFöVO § 7 Abs. 4 caps recognised everyday-support work at €25 an hour one-to-one but €20 per person when three are served at once — €60 an hour — in the week the federal cabinet routed the Entlastungsbetrag's replacement to recognised individual helpers.

  3. Edition 001Wednesday, 30 September 2026Pattern break

Germany just made €50,000 of federal money awardable with no tender and no notice.

The federal *Direktauftrag* ceiling rose to €50,000 on 1 July 2026 and crossed § 30 UVgO's €25,000 publication trigger — opening a band of federal contracts that are neither competed nor published, reachable on a €26.00 Gewerbeanmeldung.
